Jacob Baime ICC is a recognized leader in the Jewish community and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at the Israel on Campus Coalition (ICC) in Washington, D.C. His career has focused on strategic leadership and steady efforts to build support for the U.S.-Israel relationship. Over time, his work has connected to national initiatives, educational programs, and collaborative platforms that support campus engagement.
Since taking on the position of CEO in 2013, he has led the Israel on Campus Coalition’s mission to support and unite students who advocate for Israel on college campuses across the United States. In this role, he oversees the 24/7 National Operations Center and the polling-driven Israel Communications Center, reflecting his focus on maintaining consistent and active pro-Israel engagement. Jacob also directs a tech-forward research program that supports innovation in outreach and engagement strategies. In addition, he leads collaboration through a field-wide platform, showing his commitment to building unified efforts that advance shared goals across the wider community.
Before working at ICC, he served as the National Field Director for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). In this position, he led a team of professional field organizers and helped direct strategic campus initiatives that strengthened the organization’s national work. He also managed national training platforms for both college and high school students, reflecting a continued focus on preparing future leaders and strengthening campus-based advocacy.
Jacob Baime's earlier work included serving as Area Director in AIPAC’s New England Region. He also worked as a political aide to the Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts. These roles added to his experience in public service and deepened his understanding of the political environment surrounding U.S.-Israel relations. Through these positions, he contributed to conversations and activities linked to those issues and gained insight into how public leadership and community advocacy can work together.
He is a Schusterman Senior Fellow, a designation that reflects his commitment to professional development and leadership. Jacob also serves on the Faculty Fellowship Committee of the Jewish National Fund – USA.
